Order Processing Time

  • What it is: This is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment—from when you click "buy" to when we hand it off to the carrier.

  • Our Promise: We are proud to offer same-day processing for all orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM 

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the following delivery estimates apply:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 Business Days

    • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.

    • Please note: The 2-3 business day transit time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

Combined Timeline: When to Expect Your Order

To see when your order will likely arrive, combine the processing and shipping times.

Example:
If you order on a Tuesday at 11:00 AM:

  • It will be processed the same day (Tuesday).

  • It will ship out that afternoon.

  • With a 2-3 business day transit time, you can expect delivery between Thursday and Friday of the same week.

If you order on a Friday at 3:00 PM:

  • It will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

  • It will ship out on Monday afternoon.

  • You can expect delivery between Wednesday and Thursday of the following week.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
